Forty years of professional and personal life experience have prepared Lee to provide competent, values based counseling for most adult problems. His caring, insightful interventions have helped hundreds of individuals and couples achieve their goals in therapy. Lee believes in a holistic approach to counseling aimed at reaching optimum functioning in one's emotional, social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual health.

Lee has been married for over 47 years, has 3 children, and 14 grandchildren. They are the source of his passion for helping others. Lee enjoys writing, public speaking, relaxing on the river, and playing golf.

With thirty years of professional teaching and counseling experience, Barb has developed a wide variety of skills, including use of EMDR and Mediation. She maintains a warm, positive relationship with her clients; individual adults, couples, families, younger children and teens. Barb especially enjoys working with parenting issues, marital problems and spiritual concerns. Her faith is evident in the value system from which she counsels.

Erin enjoys working with individuals in a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, parenting, and communication skills. Of particular interest to Erin is supporting individuals who struggle with a hurtful or abusive past, and the pain that can negatively impact the present. She welcomes incorporating a person's faith into his or her counseling, and sees this as a beneficial component in therapy.

Greg works with individuals, couples, and families including adolescents and children 4 years old and older. He has experience working with spiritual issues, the criminal justice system, providing group and individual therapy, and doing court ordered mediations. Greg served as Pastor in congregations in Wisconsin for 11 years. He is a Solutions Focused Therapist, trained in Family Systems Theory and Brief Therapy. Greg desires to help clients achieve a comfortable balance with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Greg and his wife have been married since 1982 and they have two children. His family has lived in Wausau since 1989 and is active in their church and the community.

Stephanie loves to work with people when things are not going well. She works with many people who have experienced abuse, depression, divorce, grief, anxiety, spiritual concerns, and eating disorders. She works with young children, adolescents and adults either alone or in groups. Stephanie would like to see her clients discover greater health for themselves, and then develop joy.

Stephanie is a lifelong resident of Central Wisconsin, who enjoys traveling---lots of times on missions trips, laughter, and enjoying her many "adopted" nieces and nephews.

Jeff has been helping people in the Marshfield areas for the past six years. He specializes in anxiety disorders, domestic and sexual abuse, spiritual concerns and depression. Jeff provides individual, family and couples therapy to children five and up, adolescents, teens and adults. He places emphasis on building strong relationships with his clients to maximize their potential in therapy. He believes that people are able to resolve many concerns with their own resources, but therapy can be a beneficial resource in the times of need. Jeff relies mostly on thinking processes and behavior to promote healthy changes in peoples' lives.

Jeff has been married since 2003 and is a proud father. He was born and raised in WI and has lived in Central Wisconsin for most of his adult life. He enjoys the outdoors for its beauty and recreation by camping, fishing and snowmobiling.

Michele has worked for twelve years as an inpatient and outpatient therapist, helping people find hope and healing within shattered situations. Michele believes spiritual renewal and healing are integral parts of the psychological healing process, and uses a variety of treatment modalities that includes EMDR. Michele works with people who have been devastated by traumatic events such as sexual assault, violence, and abuse. Problematic family and step-family issues, as well as broken relationships are also of special interest to her. Michele, a Wisconsin native, is married to Wade and is the proud mother of Amanda, Max, and Gunnar.

Dan has over 26 years of experience in social work and counseling, helping people overcome problems in areas of marital and relationship problems, sexual/pornography addictions, gambling addictions, mood disorders, anger management, stress reduction, communication problems, delinquent youth, abortion healing, grief and loss, and many other common problems. Dan is easy to talk with and has an understanding, compassionate approach towards his clients, recognizing and respecting people for where they are on their journey. He offers many resources, skills, and techniques to clients, providing help and hope so they can create new, healthy solutions to their problems.

Married for over 24 years, Dan is blessed with a supportive wife and 8 children. Dan enjoys going up North, fishing, and playing board and card games with his competitive kids. He and his family also enjoy spending time at the zoo and following the Brewers, Bucks, and Packers.

Twenty-five years of professional and personal experience have equipped Suzanne to provide relevant, life changing solutions to the issues of life. Suzanne enjoys working with women, couples, and families.
She has been married over thirty years to Gerald Grim. Together, they have experienced the joys and struggles of raising six children.Suzanne has developed sensitivity to help parents in all stages of life. She is able to help families navigate solutions to many difficult issues. She is experienced working in the following areas: depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, chemical issues, grief, abuse, and eating disorders. Betty is a counseling resident who recently completed her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. She counsels with individuals, couples and runs groups at the Center. Having adopted two children, she has a particular interest in working with blended and adoptive families. She also works with women's issues, especially anxiety and depression.

Betty has been married for 20 years and has 4 children. She enjoys singing, reading and playing games with her family and friends. She is the Women's Ministry Facilitator at her church.

Harlan Hebbe, Administrator / Professional Relations

Harlan came to the Center bringing with him over 20 years of Business Administration experience. He also works with individuals and couples, teaching them how to set up personal budgets. He administers the Prepare / Enrich program, which helps pre-married and married couples identify possible strengths and weaknesses in their relationship. Harlan has been involved with various boards dealing with marriage and family relations both in his church and in the community. He has a deep passion for families and the marriage relationship, teaching marriage classes on a regular basis. Harlan enjoys spending time with his wife.(and best friend) of 33 years, his children and grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and golf.

Ruth exhibits strengths in organization, systematic drive, and executive decision-making. She demonstrates compassion for people and high standards of integrity in managing the business operations at the Center. Ruth's passion for the Lord is evident in her desire to promote strong, healthy relationships. She has developed and led numerous women's ministry programs within her church and the community. She cherishes her time shared with her beloved husband, children, grandchildren and friends.

Lori has gained over a decade of experience in customer service excellence. Her dedication to the Center benefits clients through her conscientious and compassionate service to others. She works at our home office in Wausau, so you will typically be speaking with her when you phone or stop in to set an appointment.

Vicky Radunz, Administrative Assistant / Insurance Specialist

Vicky has a heart and passion for helping others. Her years of dedicated service to the Center, its counseling staff and their clients are evident in all aspects of her work. 30 years of Customer Service experience, broadened with continuing education courses, have given her a varied capacity to assist management with Inter-Office responsibilities. Vicky's sensitive, caring nature combined with her expertise in communication skills, allows her to provide clients with the answers needed regarding Mental Health Benefit.

Logan Erickson, practicum student
Logan is a senior, pre-counseling student. He is attending Moody Bible Institute and is looking forward learning skills that will enable him to become a pastoral counselor. He comes to us from Marshfield and is a great addition to the Center this Summer.
