Provider Bio

I enjoy working with individuals in a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, parenting, and communication skills. Of particular interest to me is supporting individuals who struggle with a hurtful or abusive past and helping them with the pain that can negatively impact the present. I welcome the opportunity to incorporate a person’s faith into his or her counseling, and see this as a beneficial component in therapy.

I am a “country girl,” and live in my rural home with my husband.  I am also a mom and a Memaw of some precious grandchildren, and I treasure my family more and more with each passing season. A life-long love of mine is horseback riding and soaking in the beauty of God’s creation, along with Southern Gospel music…and square dancing. (I bet you would have never guessed that one!)  I have a passion for life, to grow and learn from trials and drink deeply of the joy of good times, to never stay stagnant, and to mature in my faith.
