"Helping others is a core value in my life and counseling is an opportunity for me to be able to do this.  I am honored to be invited into other people’s lives to help guide them towards growth, healing, and discovery of the strength they have through the counseling process."

Provider Bio

It has been a joy to have many opportunities in my life to build relationships and connect with people in helping ways. I have been involved in after-school programming, residential treatment facilities for youth and adults, and church ministries involving youth and adult learning programming.

Some of my most cherished adventures involve taking part in short-term mission trips both domestically and internationally.  I often feel that the intense relational connections during these trips provided me with more growth and experience than anything I left behind with the people I worked with and I carry these experiences into how I work with others now.

Tammy, my wife, has given me the honor of being her partner for more than 30 years now.  We have three adult children and six grandchildren.  All of which provide joy in our lives as we continue to mature.  My wife and I have taken up the hobby of traveling to see the world.  We enjoy our short adventures, meeting new people, and seeing God’s great creation.  Life is good.
