Provider Bio
What I enjoy most about being a therapist is providing individuals and couples with hope that they can change, restore broken relationships, and come to a place of greater inner strength and fulfillment. I believe that we all need safe and secure attachments which allow us to heal from personal traumas, loss and unexpected heartaches in our lives. It is my privilege to provide a personal space where people can move toward resolution from all kinds of conflicts and become more fully alive and responsive to life.
I have completed extensive professional training in Imago Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Family Systems. I bring a depth of understanding and wisdom to therapy from being married for forty years and raising six children together. I have experienced many of the challenges, struggles and blessings which life brings in many shapes and forms. I believe this has transformed my understanding and compassion as a therapist.
My husband and I love spending time and traveling together with our adult children and grandchildren and we enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities. Personally, I love to cook, create, and connect!
